GABA "Ruby"

A special Taiwanese tea crafted using anaerobic fermentation technology to naturally accumulate a high level of GABA. It features a soft taste with fruity-sweet notes and a light berry-like tartness, which gives it the name "Ruby". This variety has a pronounced calming effect, helps reduce stress and normalize blood pressure, while gently invigorating the body and providing rich antioxidants.

Taste profile: Maiga garša ar augļu un saldenām notīm, kā arī vieglu, ogām raksturīgu sīvumu, kas attaisno "Rubīna" nosaukumu.

Origin: Taiwan

Brewing: Lieto aptuveni 5 g tējas uz 200 ml ūdens (90–95°C). Pirmo uzlējumu ātri nolej tējas noskalošanai. Pēc tam tēju var ievilkt no 15 līdz 30 sekundēm (ja gatavo gongfu stilā) vai 3–5 minūtes parastajā tējkannā. Lieliski iztur vairākus uzlējumus.
