Dong Ding Oolong (Taiwan)

Brewing: Lieto aptuveni 5 g tējas uz 200 ml ūdens (90–95°C). Pirmo uzlējumu ātri nolej tējas noskalošanai un lapu atvēršanai. Pēc tam tēju var ievilkt no 15 līdz 30 sekundēm (ja gatavo gongfu stilā) vai 3–5 minūtes parastajā tējkannā. Lieliski iztur vairākus uzlējumus.
